- 1.0 out of 5 stars from Mak -- Literal Cringe : I'm writing this barely into chapter three and if somehow this gets better I'll edit and apologize but as of this moment I cannot comprehend the pure cringe of the writing, the Mary Sue perfect protagonist who "does bad things but is really a good guy at heart" whose hacker alias is just deadpool whose entire personality is just 80's quotes and glorification alongside cryptocurrencies and a complete and utter lack of self awareness made complete with style over substance (more effort goes into describing this guys perfect hacker wardrobe than My Immortal) and just incredibly unlikable. It has been wonderful to see as things developed. The book is great and includes many diverse characters and an immersive world. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes adventure and destiny.
